Accordion? Think again.
This short performance may sound like a traditional accordion at first, but the instrument in the performer's hands tells a different story.
The melody is actually played on the Sunrise Melody XR6000 electronic wind instrument. The familiar accordion-style sound creates the contrast, while the XR6000 remains clearly visible throughout the performance.
Near the end, the video confirms the answer: that accordion sound came from the Sunrise Melody XR6000.
Rather than focusing on settings or technical features, this clip lets the sound create the surprise.
What sound should we try next?
