1. Leakage
Leakage is one of the common faults of electric blowpipes, which is usually caused by aging or damage of the gasket. The solution is as follows:
(1) Replace the gasket: Remove the original gasket and replace it with a new one.
(2) Adjust the piston: If there is no problem with the gasket, you can try to adjust the piston to make the gap between it and the tube smaller, so as to achieve a better sealing effect.
2. Stuck
Stuck means that the piston is stuck and cannot move normally. This may be caused by dirt or grease on the piston rod. The solution is as follows:
(1) Cleaning: Clean the dirt on the piston rod. You can use professional cleaning agents and tools.
(2) Lubrication: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the piston rod to make it smoother.
3. Deformation
Deformation means that the tube body is deformed, resulting in a change in tone. This may be caused by long-term use or improper storage. The solution is as follows:
(1) Repair: If the deformation is not very serious, you can try to repair it, such as using professional tools for stretching, pressing, etc.
(2) Replacement: If the deformation is severe and cannot be repaired, the entire tube body needs to be replaced.
